About the Arizona Colleen Program

The Arizona Colleen Program is a long-standing tradition within Arizona’s Irish community. Each year, participants take part in a selection event where they are recognized for their connection to Irish culture, their involvement in the community, and their ability to serve as positive representatives of the Irish spirit in Arizona.

The selected Arizona Colleen serves as an ambassador for the Phoenix St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Faire and the broader Irish community. Throughout her year, she may attend Irish cultural events, community gatherings, parade activities, and other special celebrations.
